Professional Signage Services

The Vendor is required to provide Professional Signage Services on an as-needed basis at designated school properties and district facilities.
- Provide consistent, high-quality signage fabrication, installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance services that support a safe, professional, visually appealing, and properly identified environment for students, staff, visitors, and community stakeholders. Services shall be performed in a manner that minimizes disruption to instructional activities and daily school operations.
- Services may include, but are not limited to, the following:
•    Manufacture and installation of cut-out PVC letters and numerals
•    Manufacture and installation of aluminum letters and plate aluminum letters
•    Manufacture and installation of single-faced and double-faced monument signs
•    Manufacture and installation of building identification signage
•    Manufacture and installation of logo lettering systems
•    Manufacture and installation of mascot logos, including Tiger logos and helmet logos
•    Manufacture and installation of double-faced main identification signs with logos
•    Interior and exterior signage systems
•    ADA-compliant signage
•    Manufacture and installation of illuminated and non-illuminated freestanding letters
•    Removal, repair, retrofit, and installation on existing sign structures
•    Manufacture and installation of internally illuminated wall signs
•    Exterior athletic field and ballfield signage
•    Aluminum plaques and dedication signage
•    Address numbers and building entrance numerals
•    Panel signs and directional signage
•    Single-faced and double-faced cabinet signage systems
•    LED message center signage, including Watchfire products or approved equal
•    Sign troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and maintenance services
•    Preventive signage inspections and maintenance programs
•    Vinyl graphics, decals, wall graphics, and window lettering
•    Electrical troubleshooting associated with illuminated signage systems
•    Refurbishment and repainting of existing signage structures.
