School Signage Services

The Vendor is required to provide design, fabrication, removal, disposal, delivery, and installation of interior and exterior signage at six (6) school sites.
- Signage may include, but is not limited to:
• Monument sign refacing
• Building-mounted lettering
• Exterior directional and wayfinding signage
• Parking and traffic signage
• Ada-compliant room identification signage
• Ada-compliant restroom signage
• Interior directional signage
• Wall graphics and branding elements
• Overlay or replacement of existing signage systems
• Vinyl signage
• Stand offs
- Prior to fabrication, the vendor shall conduct field verification at each school site to confirm:
• Existing conditions
• Measurements and dimensions
• Mounting surfaces and attachment requirements
• Accessibility compliance requirements
• Installation constraints and obstructions
- Interior signage types may include:
• Room identification signage
• Restroom signage
• Office and department signage
• Directional and wayfinding signage
• Informational signage
• Branding graphics
• Wall applications (vinyl and stand offs)
- Exterior signage types may include:
• Monument signs
• Monument sign refacing
• Building-mounted lettering
• Parking signage
• Traffic signage and wayfinding
• Exterior directional signage
• Campus identification signage
- Installation requirements:
• Install signage in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and applicable codes. Coordinate all work with district personnel.
• Schedule installation to minimize disruption to school operations.
• Provide all mounting hardware and structural supports required for installation.
• Ensure all mounting hardware and structural supports required for installation.
• Ensure all signage is level, aligned, secure, and professionally finished.
• Utilize mechanical fasteners, adhesives, or other mounting methods appropriate for the application.
• Patch, repair, repaint and refinish surfaces impacted by sign removal or installation.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment areas at all times.
• Remove all debris, packaging, and discard materials from district property daily.
