Graphics Application

The Vendor is required to provide complete graphics production and installation services for a wide range of agency vehicles and trailers during fiscal year 2027.
- Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and on‑site installation required to design, produce, and apply exterior graphics to the following asset types:
• Sedans
• Pickup trucks
• Hitched utility trailers
• Semi‑tractors
• 53-foot semi‑trailers
• Fire apparatus, including engines, ladders, rescues, and specialty units
- Mandatory technical requirements
• Use only 3m scotchlite, 3m diamond grade, or orafol oralite v98 reflective materials.
• All exterior prints must be laminated using 3m gloss laminate.
• Prints must be produced using Roland 8-color process printing, Roland equipment, and Truevis ink.
• On‑site installation capability.
• Must be licensed, insured, and experienced in Fire and EMS graphics.
• Possess the capacity to service all listed vehicle types.
