The Vendor is required to provide support for Wayfinding, procurement, installation, maintenance, and project management.
- Provide the on-call professional consultant services bench list in the marketing, public/media relations, engineering & design consulting services, and transportation planning services category to provide project management, wayfinding, sign implementation, and mobility planning support to the city to prepare and deliver projects for the 2028 olympic and paralympic games.
- These efforts are intended not only to support a successful games experience but also to leave meaningful and lasting improvements that will benefit county long after the closing ceremony.
- Provide different signage options such as but not limited to projections, banners, wraps, digital wayfinding, etc.
- Provide recommendations on appropriate size, language, and type of signage needed to support wayfinding for pedestrians, active transportation users, and ride-share passengers, ensuring all elements are designed and implemented adhering to American Disabilities Act (ADA) policy.
- All wayfinding elements shall be coordinated with the approved Traffic Management Plan to ensure signage placement aligns with detours, closures, transit adjustments, and emergency access routes.
- All signage materials shall meet event durability standards, including but not limited to weather-resistant substrates, reflective sheeting for nighttime visibility and anti-skid resistant element for pavement decals.
