The Vendor is required to provide signage design and installation services for the design development, procurement, delivery, installation, and final commissioning of all interior architectural and wayfinding signage for the new city hall facility.
- Signage included in this scope may include, but is not limited to:
• Room identification & ADA compliance signage: tactile and braille signs for offices, conference rooms, restrooms, and mechanical spaces.
• Wayfinding & directional signage: wall-mounted, ceiling-suspended, or freestanding directional elements to guide the public and staff efficiently.
• Lobby & floor directories: modular, easily updatable directory frameworks or architectural graphic inserts located at main entry points and elevator banks.
• Dimensional lettering & branding elements: high-quality dimensional logos, vinyl wall graphics, and custom branding applications for public lobbies and the reception area.
• Regulatory & safety signage: maximum occupancy placards, stairwell level signs, egress routing, and emergency maps.
• Modular framework accessories: component pieces and self-printing template systems enabling staff to perform rapid interior insert modifications.
- Installation services shall include:
• Delivery, sorting, and structural staging of all sign elements
• Complete assembly of modular and structural signage frameworks
• Precise placement according to approved environmental graphics layouts and ada height requirements
• Leveling, alignment, and secure mounting using permanent architectural adhesives or mechanical fasteners
• Verification that all modular and changeable insert components are fully functional.
