Editor Services

The Vendor is required to provide editorial services for both publications, bringing them to a final, publication-ready standard.
- Requirement:
• Refine and polish the existing content, not to write or rewrite it.
• Provide a complete, written draft of each publication.
• Review and advise on structure, flow, and coherence
• Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax errors
• Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, capitalization, and formatting
• Sensitively incorporate quotes, testimonials, and case studies from beneficiaries
• Advise on length, section sequencing, and placement of call-out boxes and visual elements, in coordination with the ESP team and communications team (photographer, graphic designed).
