The Vendor is required to provide vehicle graphics and installation as needed.
- Requirements
• Graphics must be the exact same size on both sides of vehicle unless otherwise director by the county’s representative.
• Ability to design, create, and install graphics in various fonts, colors, and styles.
• Several styles will have different colors which signifies a particular department within the county.
• The work proposed under this contract shall be performed at the awarded vendor’s place of business.
• Must have a shop suitable for performing work under this contract 365 days a year, no matter the weather.
• An inside storage area is required for sheriff’s and other vehicles which contain electronic equipment.
• For the purposes of these specifications, “inside storage” includes storage within a secured area, which could include a locked, fenced area acceptable to the county.
• Any material failure is to be replaced by vendor within ten (10) days of notice by department.
- Materials
• All materials used are to be 3m vinyl as specified by county’s representative or approved equal.
• Some graphics will be non-reflective.
• Various colors are to be utilized as determined by each department.
• Must be able to complete work within 14 days after receipt of purchase order.
• The materials must be warranted against all defects and workmanship including fading for a minimum of (3) years.
• County may require product testing results prior to award of quote to determine product suitability.
• All quantities are estimates and may be more or less depending on the requirements of the county.
