Interior Signage Services

The Vendor is required to provide interior signage services for the fabrication and delivery of interior room identification signage, including permanent room numbers and updateable room functions.
- Sign paper insert
• The signage shall accommodate polycarbonate inserts (for clear), or printed paper inserts by owner to allow updating as required.
• Manufacturer shall provide a template containing layout, font, color, artwork and trim lines to allow owner to produce inserts on laser or ink jet printer.
• Template shall be in an acrobat or word format (.pdf).
• Insert area measures 4 inches wide x 1.25 inches high.
• Insert area must be protected from dust, moisture, and tampering.
• Digital file template in word format for paper insert.
- Color and contrast
• All signs must provide a minimum 70% light reflectance value (LRV) contrast between characters and background.
• All components (including inserts) shall maintain compliance with ADA visibility requirements under standard courthouse lighting.
• Surface finish shall be matte or low-glare to minimize reflections.
