Graphics Production and Installation Services

The Vendor is required to provide graphics include but are not limited to exhibitions, way finding, and general marketing and promotional signage.
1. Large vinyl graphics applied directly to wall
• High resolution printing
• 3m ij180cv3‐10 vinyl (or comparable high quality vinyl media — media must be 100% opaque)
• UV resistant 3m 8520 matte over laminate
• Pricing for this item must include installation at department
2. Acrylic exhibit labels
• High resolution printing
• Polished edges (no sharp edges)
• 1/8" thick non‐glare, precision-cut acrylic
• Second surface, direct print to non-glare, precision-cut acrylic with opaque white ink or opaque white vinyl “flashing”/undercoating to make it 100% opaque
3. Acrylic 1st floor labels
• High resolution printing
• Polished edges (no sharp edges)
• 1/16" thick non‐glare, precision-cut acrylic
• Second surface, direct print to non-glare, precision-cut acrylic, content includes white or black text only, no images, multicolor, or white flashing
4. Direct printing to rigid substrate
• High resolution printing
• Direct print to PVC based white substrate
• Precision cut substrate to specifications
• Price for 1/4" thick white SINTRA
5. Contour cut vinyl lettering
• 3m ij180cv3‐10 vinyl
• High resolution printing (print museum spec color on vinyl)
• UV resistant 3m 8520 matte over laminate
• Specs for pricing: “bullock museum” height=2.65” total width=25.4”

6. Dimensional lettering
• Painted acrylic (satin finish BM oc-151 white)
• Laser or similar precision cut
• 3/8" thickness
• VHB adhesive mounting
