Vehicle Graphics Services

The Vendor is required to provide graphics for county vehicles furnishing the merchandise, supplies, service, and equipment set forth in this quote request for a two (2) year period beginning August 25, 2026, through August 24, 2028, in accordance with the following conditions of bidding.
- Requirement:
• Graphics will be required to match existing graphics, in size, color and to fit the style of appropriate vehicle.
• Graphics will vary depending upon the department and type of vehicle.
• Graphics will require a proof which shall be designed on a scaled depiction on the style of Vehicle County is requesting to be installed on.
• Once proofs are approved by county, respondent shall have graphics ready for install one (1) week after receipt of purchase order.
• Respondent will notify county when the installation of graphics is completed.
