Motion Graphics and Video Production Services including:
- Discovery, Strategy, and Creative Development
• Participate in kickoff meetings and clarify the audience, communication objective, key message, desired action, distribution channels, and measures of success.
• Review source materials, available data, brand guidance, prior media, and stakeholder input.
• Recommend the strongest format and creative approach for each assignment, including appropriate use of animation, voiceover, music, existing assets, and limited filming.
• Develop creative concepts, treatments, scripts, visual references, storyboards, style frames, and production plans scaled to the project.
• Flag unclear, unsupported, or potentially misleading claims and work with Aims to confirm final data, language, and context before production.
- Motion Graphics, Animation, and Data Visualization
• Create original 2D motion graphics, animated typography, icons, maps, diagrams, charts, timelines, transitions, compositing, and other visual elements.
• Translate spreadsheets, reports, research, and narrative information into understandable visual sequences for non-technical audiences.
• Use pacing, hierarchy, labeling, color, annotation, and narration to make key findings easy to follow.
• Maintain data integrity, including accurate values, units, labels, time periods, comparisons, sources, and proportional representations.
• Design modular visual systems that can be extended across related videos, campaigns, and deliverable sizes.
• Provide custom illustration or light character animation when included in an approved project scope.
- Limited Filming and Audio Production
• Provide light, targeted filming when it strengthens the story, such as interviews, brief b-roll, facility footage, speaker-series coverage, or pickup shots.
• Recommend a right-sized crew and equipment package based on the assignment; Aims does not anticipate large-scale filming for most projects.
• Manage lighting, location audio, camera operation, basic production logistics, and media handling for approved filming.
• Coordinate voiceover recording, music, and sound design when needed, including clear disclosure of talent and licensing costs.
• Work with Aims on participant coordination and release requirements; final responsibility for releases will be defined in each project scope.
