• 8 High Schools – 2ea signs at each School (1ea Interior and 1ea Exterior)
• Sign to be installed on existing Scoreboard Panels
• Available material selection options – applicable to means & methods
• Lift rental
➢ Indoor lift to fit through a standard door opening with lift range of 12’-2” AFF to 17’-2” AFF
➢ Outdoor lift range of 7’-9” Above ground to 9’-4” Above ground
• Floor Protection
• Indoor Sign to measure 2’h x 8’w
• Outdoor Signs to measure – 2’h x 24’w, 2’h x 25’w, 2’h x 27’w
- The vendor shall provide professional design services that align with the visual identity, branding standards, and functional requirements.
1. Collaborating with District representatives to determine sign purpose, placement, dimensions, and content.
2. Developing digital proofs and mock-ups for review and approval, prior to fabrication.
3. Incorporating sponsorship logos, colors, fonts and approved graphics into sign layouts.
4. Ensuring designs comply with applicable accessibility requirements.
5. Providing revisions of proofs as requested until final approval is obtained.
6. Advising on material selection, mounting methods, and finish options appropriate to each installation environment.
7. Required Permiting.
- The vendor shall fabricate signage to meet the following standards:
1. Utilize high-quality, durable materials suitable for both interior and exterior applications as specified per project.
2. Provide a range of material thicknesses, finishes, and edge treatments, including but not limited to clear, frosted, matte, colored, and polished options.
3. Produce signs with precise cutting, engraving, printing, and lettering that ensure legibility and consistency.
4. Apply UV-resistant printing and coatings for exterior or high-sunlight-exposure signage to prevent fading and degradation.
5. Fabricate mounting hardware, standoffs, brackets, frames, or backing panels as required for secure installation.
6. Ensure all fabricated products are free from defects, warping, bubbling, discoloration, and manufacturing imperfections.
