Geographic Information System Consulting Services

The Vendor is required to provide geographic information system (GIS) consulting services for information technology (IT) department projects.
- GIS project services include:
• GIS database design, development and administration
• GIS data layer review and updates
• GIS system integration and support services
1. Includes building and troubleshooting map services for enterprise systems such as EnerGov, munis, one solution cad, city works, and first due
2. Includes configuration and troubleshooting of third-party solutions such as near map imagery services for ArcGIS
• ArcGIS enterprise administration, configuration and troubleshooting
1. Includes portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS server and ArcGIS data store
2. Collaboration between ArcGIS portal and ArcGIS online
• ArcGIS enterprise and ArcGIS online application configuration and troubleshooting
• ESRI GIS software training and technical support
1. Includes desktop, enterprise and cloud-based applications knowledgebase with the most current versions of ArcGIS pro software and ArcGIS enterprise server
2. ArcGIS enterprise server and ArcGIS pro upgrades
3. Proficiency in ESRI solutions and deployment
• GIS task automation and custom programming services
1. Proficient in python scripting and custom code
2. ROK technologies support team for nightly scheduled python scripted tasks
3. Includes county tax parcel
▪ Custom tax parcel configuration for city.
▪ Custom python script for legal description parsing from multiple legal fields to one combined legal field required for EnerGov
1. Includes city police department automated site address and roadway uploads to one solution computer aided dispatch system
2. Includes city fire department first due automated hydrant upload
3. Includes map services for city works EAM.
