GIS Professional Services

The Vendor is required to provide geographic information systems (GIS) professional services that meet a wide spectrum of the town’s business requirements for geospatial knowledge that support decision-making.
- All geographic information systems (GIS) related work to include but not limited to database maintenance, mapping, and analysis; all reasonable GIS needs in general.
- Provide reasonable, general assistance to town staff or other governmental/private agencies authorized for collaboration by the town staff.
- This may or may not involve GIS depending on the expertise of the contractor. - Asset, contract and program management
- Data warehousing
- Surveying (including CCTV pipe surveys)
- Phase i/ii environmental assessments
- Environmental impact statements
- Hazmat management (asbestos, lead based paint, mold)
- Master planning
- Transportation and infrastructure assessment and design
- Americans with disabilities act (ADA) infrastructure analysis and compliance
- Building inspection Services.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
