ArcGIS Enterprise Implementation Assistance Services

The Vendor is required to provide a consultant(s) for assistance with the implementation of the ArcGIS enterprise system.
- This will include implementation, configuration, and tuning/monitoring of a production environment in the cloud:
• Advise on best practices configuration of production environment to support existing/future workflows.
• Implementation assistance for ArcGIS enterprise production environment
• Assistance with tuning and monitoring of the production environment, and;
- Agency can, upon request, provide an existing document on enterprise architecture needs to consultants who wish to bid on this project.
- Provides GIS, it and workflow services to consortium members, with primary focus on GIS and permitting systems.
- Provides dozens of data services to internal users and the public.
- We have roughly 30-40 daily editors of the enterprise data layers.
- Editing workflows include parcel fabric, geometric/utility network, street network, addressing and various asset layers.
- Advice on best practices for production environment configuration:
• Server licensing and architecture
• Data organization
• User organization and security
- ArcGIS enterprise implementation assistance:
• Assistance with set up of production environment.
• Assistance with data synchronization from current environment.
• Assistance with data migration strategy
- Post go-live assistance
• Tuning after implementation
• Performance monitoring.
- Contract Period/Term: 9 Months
