Geographic Information Systems Services

The Vendor is required to provide for geographic information systems (GIS) Services in either of the following categories: 
•    GIS spatial data development; and/or
•    GIS application development and implementation services.
- Spatial Data Development
•    Digitize, code, and edit points, lines, and polygons; 
•    Enter/update attribute information;
•    Digitization of hardcopy data sources; 
•    Field data collection using manual and/or automated processes;
•    Project spatial Vector and Raster data; 
•    Reformat and Georeference spatial Vector data; 
•    Design and model spatial databases and geodatabases; 
•    Quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and validation of spatial data; 
•    Develop and execute Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes; perform data integration;
•    Provide data analysis and data modeling; 
•    Scan and Georeference hard copy maps and other sources; and
•    Create derived data products from remotely sensed data such as elevation or orthophotography.
- Application Development and Implementation Services
•    Develop and deploy custom GIS application(s) and utilities;
•    Configure and deploy Commercial, Off the Shelf solutions and applications;
•    Author and deploy GIS web services, geoprocessing services and map services;
•    Develop specific workflows for the collection, maintenance, publication and sharing of GIS data;
•    Automate a manual GIS workflow or process; and
•    Implement and configure GIS platforms, such as ArcGIS Enterprise, in multi-user, enterprise environments.
