ArcGIS Utility Network Migration Services

The vendor required to provide ArcGIS utility network migration services to upgrade existing water, sanitation, and stormwater GIS geometric network data to current standards, namely utility network, and ensure compliance with historical CMMS asset work history.
- GIS employees have been using ArcGIS desktop since 2014 to collect data and create tools primarily for the city's department of public works.  
- GIS has been managing topological networks of pipe-based utilities (namely water, sanitary, and storm sewer).  
- GIS has grown to manage many different tools for all departments in the city while also working with external stakeholders.  
- GIS decided to search for professional and technical support to continue growing involvement with internal and external teams as it would be a whole team effort to upgrade and migrate to new industry standards.
- Professional and technical support to develop and implement a migration plan by evaluating the agency geometric network data and software environment.  
- Migration plan shall determine the process to clean and migrate current data in geometric network to be implemented as a utility network for use in ArcGIS pro 3.5 and ArcGIS server 11.5 architecture, along with city works 23.
- Target timeline for upgrade and migration to utility network is as soon as possible.
