The Vendor is required to provide geographic information systems (GIS) services to develop geospatial data for assets located at department water and wastewater facilities.
- The development of GIS feature classes for use in an ESRI ArcGIS enterprise environment for linear assets and appurtenances inside facility premises.
- General project management
• Identify and develop project tasks to ensure deliverables completion.
• Develop and adhere to a project schedule and associated milestones.
• Complete reviewed and approved project deliverables in a timely fashion.
• Develop, monitor, and track project budgets and prepare monthly status reports.
• Establish a platform for collaborative work product development between contractor and

• Implement a system for task tracking, as needed.
• Coordinate internal, structured project team meetings, as needed.
• Attend monthly progress meetings with department staff.
• Prepare meeting materials, such as agendas, minutes, handouts, presentations, and visuals.
• Adhere to data and document management best practices as established by the GIS unit and improve upon these practices whenever possible.
• Prepare invoices and all required documentation per department requirements.

• Organize and prepare source materials.
• Execute and validate procedures for converting record drawings and CAD files to GIS data.
• Execute and validate procedures for conducting field verification of assets, as necessary.
• Execute and validate procedures for identifying, tracking, and resolving questions and problems that arise during the conversion process.
• Execute and validate quality assurance methods.
• Execute and validate quality control checks and processes to provide a 100% quality control review of the data, both spatial and attribute.
• Execute and validate the procedure for creating a CAD file of linear assets at the facility.
• Provide appropriate source materials to the department project manager for quality control checking.
- Production
