Geographic Information System

The Vendor is required to provide geographic information system (GIS) support for a broad range of disciplines and services may include studies, evaluations, pilot projects, data collection and development, environment support, mapping and spatial analysis and other support as needed for the maintenance and operation of the city’s GIS and connected business systems.

o    Script development and support (python, python toolbox, arcade, SQL)
•    Mapping and analysis
o    Prepare cartographic and map presentations for communicating engineering concepts, challenges, and utility locations.
•    Application development and support
o    Prepare and support web applications and services within an enterprise portal or ArcGIS online environment.
•    Enterprise systems environment
o    Desktop environment support – ArcMap and ArcPro
o    Enterprise GIS infrastructure - ArcGIS server, portal for ArcGIS, web adaptors, and data stores
o    Enterprise geodatabase management
o    System integration - integration with enterprise business systems
o    Troubleshooting
•    Training and workflow development
o    Training development and implementation
o    Workflow review and process development
o    Standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation
•    Other related work.
