Critical Intervention Mapping Services

The Vendor is required to provide a 1–2-day Critical Intervention Mapping workshop, mapping report and action plan bason upon local priorities.
- Providing Critical Intervention Mapping (CIM) workshops, mapping reports and local priority-based action plans to municipalities with urban, suburban and rural communities interconnected by multiple youth-serving touchpoints including crisis response, care coordination, prevention, mental and behavioral health and juvenile justice involvement
- The follow-up mapping report and action plan must be made available to Department for Children, Youth & Families in a timely manner and the vendor must subsequently be available to Department for Children, Youth & Families for technical assistance and any reasonable and necessary follow-up.
