The Vendor is required to provide GIS and GIS-centric platform support services on an ongoing and as-needed basis.
- General GIS services
• Strategic and business planning for GIS initiatives;
• Training, documentation development, and knowledge transfer to county staff;
• On-demand technical support and staff augmentation;
• General GIS consulting and advisory services;
• Data maintenance, validation, and quality assurance and quality control;
• Website development and GIS web application design, configuration, and support;
• Support for ArcGIS online, ArcGIS server, and ArcGIS pro;
• Arcurban configuration and support, and Lidar data processing or analysis services;
• Application development, customization, and application support;
• Trimble unity configuration, and technical support;
• Custom map development;
• ArcGIS online and portal application support;
• ETL (extract, transform, load) development, automation, and data integration workflows;
• Development using python, arcade, SQL, and related scripting and database technologies; and
• Other GIS-related support as required to support county operations.
- General GIS-centric platform support
• Maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and updating GIS feature classes, datasets, and related geodatabase objects;
• Supporting configurations and integration of Trimble unity or other GIS-centric platforms;
• Providing ongoing and as-needed technical support for ongoing or future GIS-centric initiatives; and
• Development, automation, and maintenance of data integrating workflows, including ETL processes to support synchronization between GIS databases, Trimble unity, utility network, and other county systems.
- Trimble unity support services
• Develop and implement enhanced workflows and processes within Trimble unity;
• Configure new installations and oversee system upgrades;
• Support existing configurations;
• Develop interfaces and integrations with third-party platforms using Trimble unity and Esri APIs; and
• Provide end-user training for Trimble unity functions.
- Esri utility network data model services
• Utility network data model design, migration planning, pilot testing, and implementation;
• Asset data collection and integration with existing systems;
• Migration from geometric networks to the Esri utility network for water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, and reclaimed water distribution; and
• Improve data governance, network analysis, and system reliability.
