The Vendor is required to provide geographic information systems (GIS) strategic plan will serve as a roadmap for the city's GIS initiatives, technology investments, and organizational capabilities over the next five years.
- Requirement:
• Current-state assessment of existing GIS infrastructure, systems, datasets, and organizational capabilities
• Stakeholder engagement and documentation of departmental GIS needs and objectives
• Strategic vision and goals aligned with city priorities
• Technology and architecture recommendations
• Data governance, standards, and management recommendations
• Systems integration and application recommendations
• Workforce development and training strategy
• Phased implementation roadmap covering five fiscal years
• Governance framework and performance monitoring mechanisms.
