Mapping Services

The Vendor is required to provide mapping GIS for the 2026 grand list:
• Parcel editing updates to consist of source information (town clerk maps and assessor notes) and may contain changes on multiple parcels
• Parcels and related information to be updated using most accurate methods available, including COGO and digitizing.
• Fixes to existing data (dimensions, acreage, street names) may also be submitted and are included within the total anticipated updates
• The town is responsible for providing these updates in one iteration for the vendor
• Provide (3) full sets of updated 11x17 printed maps (two sets bound and one set unbound)
• Provide town with a comparison between parcels and CAMA information as a mismatch table. Any resolutions found may be submitted as part of next year’s update, or as a separate project if there are a significant number of resolutions
• Pricing to be firm, fixed cost basis not to exceed quoted amount.
• Anticipated completion window is 60 days from authorization to proceed.
