The Vendor is required to provide occupational medical health services including but not limited to, medical services for on-the-job injuries, pre-employment screenings, fitness for duty evaluations, agency governed physicals, vaccinations, and screenings, related recommendations, and support and direction to the county.
- Provide a description of your firm’s work practices, guiding philosophies, and the unique value-added features that will benefit the County being sure to describe your organization’s operational approach, core principles, and the distinct advantages your services offer to the County.
- Provide a profile of company history including the length of time in business, number of employees, organizational structure, availability of adequate personnel and resources.
- Physicians and other medically qualified professional staff, through education, certification, and experience. Such staff must provide in a cost-effective manner, reasonable and comprehensive medical care for Departments
- Adequate professional staff to ensure continuous operations and the delivery of medical care during working hours (identify regular service hours).
- Ability to identify, if applicable, current patients that may be current County employees or applicants, and establish a procedure approved by the County which reduces or eliminates a potential conflict of interest.
- Schedule meetings, as required, at no additional cost to the County, with Human Resources, Risk Management, or other designated staff to resolve problems and address concerns. When necessary and appropriate, allow County Representatives to be present at Contractor's staff meetings to discuss County issues.
- Provide comprehensive medical care for employees who receive on-the-job injuries or occupational diseases.
