The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive employee assistance program (“EAP”) that will assist employees and their household members in accordance with all requirements.
- EAP services:
1. Overall employee health and well-being by providing employees with the tools and resources needed to improve their mental and emotional health and work/life balance;
2. Provide unlimited hours of free professional consultation services to assist with planning for or responding to sudden personal or community traumatic events such as workplace violence, crimes, domestic violence, or death;
3. Provide on-site services to assist management and employees after traumatic events;
4. Enhanced employee productivity in the workplace; and,
5. Assist employees and household members with a variety of individual, couple, and family services - EAP service providers shall provide confidential counseling and referral services to all participating employees (full time equivalent (FTE), temporary grant funded (TG), and state temporary employees (state employees)) and their household members whose work performance and/or emotional well-being may be affected by family problems, financial problems, behavioral problems, physical/emotional issues, and/or alcohol/drugs.
- Professional Services: child and adolescent issues; separation and divorce; life transition issues; grief/loss counseling; legal assistance; estate planning; discrimination/harassment consultation; financial/credit counseling.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
