- Payroll services: Department charged with maintaining accurate employee and time and attendance information in the human resource management system in order to process pay for approximately 14,000 executive branch employees; the staff ensures compliance with collective bargaining unit agreements, personnel rules, statutes, and other federal and state requirements.
- The offeror must prepare a comparative review of the bargaining union contract provisions, the pay rules they create, and an analysis of how the rules can be automated to eliminate manual calculations.
