• Presentation of candidates: Presenting a slate of highly qualified candidates to the campus, along with detailed candidate profiles and assessments.
• Negotiation support: Assisting the campus with offer negotiations and onboarding support.
• Market insights: providing market intelligence related to compensation, talent availability, and industry trends.
• Search methodology: Detail your search process, including candidate sourcing strategies, screening methods, and candidate presentation procedures.
• Fee structure: Outline your fee structure, including any retainer fees, contingency fees, expenses, and other charges. please be transparent about all potential costs.
