The vendor is required to provide that employee and student immunizations services to enter a mutually beneficial partnership with a health care provider in order to improve the health, safety and wellness of our school community.
- Agency will provide successful offerors with free access to agency facilities to be used during mutually agreed upon immunization events held during the school day, after school hours or on weekend days.
- Agency will provide access to electricity and wireless internet, as required
- Agency will provide access to required facility equipment, including tables, chairs, and power strips.
- Agency will provide access to designated support staff to help manage onsite logistics during immunization events, including access to interpreters to support the needs of multilingual students and families, as deemed necessary by agency.
- Agency will align the use of accessible communication resources to publicize immunization events within the entire school community and support families and staff in accessing immunization services.
- Agency employs over 40,000 employees, including part-time and hourly staff.
- The school system consists of approximately 250 schools and work sites serving over 188,000 students enrolled in grades kindergarten through 12th grade.
