The vendor is required to provide from staffing and recruitment contractors to source, screen, and provide qualified professional, technical, operational, clinical, and administrative personnel, as full-time employees.

o Other non-licensed and non-clinical positions
- The selected contractor will provide the following services:
• Provide the name and contact information of a person or persons who will be accessible between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. pacific time except for weekends and holidays.
• Phone and email are required.
• On written request from agency human resources (HR) department, within two business days unless otherwise agreed to, the vendor will provide resumes of candidates that are appropriate for the requested job positions.
• Vendor will identify, evaluate, and prepare potential candidates for interviews; and assist with any aspect of recruitment and/or staffing.
- Pre-screening:
1. The quality and competence of any candidate referred to agency and must certify that it performed a thorough prescreening of each candidate that includes the following verifications:
• The highest level of education obtained
• Full work history including previous titles, duties, responsibilities, through a comprehensive behavioral based interview
• Current and past licensing and credentialing information for positions requiring a license and/or credentialing; and
• Required active professional licensure is in good standing within state, and nationally, where applicable.
2. Upon successful pre-screening, if a candidate is referred for employment/assignment, the vendor must submit their application through agency recruitment system with a full write-up of the full profile history of the submitted applicant.
- Direct hire guarantee and service level agreement
1. C-level and executive director positions only:
• All c-level and executive director placements must include a 180-day money-back or no cost replacement candidate guarantee for any employee who resigns or is terminated within -180 days of the hire date.
a. The 180-day guarantee will not apply if the termination is the result of business restructuring, elimination of the position, downsizing, or the like
i. Any replacement candidate will be subject to the normal guarantee.
2. SR director level or lower:
• All direct hire placements at a SR director level or lower must include a 90-day money-back or no cost replacement candidate guarantee for any employee who resigns or is terminated within -90 days of the hire date.
a. All direct hire placements must include a 91 to 180-day prorated replacement guarantee for any employee who resigns or is terminated within 180 days of the hire date.
b. The 180-day guarantee will not apply if the termination is the result of business restructuring, elimination of the position, downsizing, or the like.
i The reasonable period for replacement may be no longer than 180 days after the termination date after the replacement guarantee is fulfilled; if no replacement is found, pro-rated guarantee will turn into pro-rated refund.
ii Any replacement candidate will be subject to the normal guarantee.
