Recruitment Advertisement Services

The vendor is required to provide professional services for the design and placement of recruitment advertisements for employment opportunities, research studies and research subject selection in major publications, journals and internet placement on a local, statewide and national level.
- The services to be provided under the contract will be utilized by stony brook university, stony brook medicine and the long island state veterans home to support recruitment advertising needs.
- We desire a service bureau arrangement, offering a variety of service levels, compatible with existing practices, and recruitment processes.
- From receiving job posting notices and simply placing them in local newspapers in accordance with a prearranged standard or template, to taking a complete position description for a professional position, designing appropriate advertising, developing an ad placement plan appropriate to the individual position, then placing ads and web listings as approved by the individual department
- We further seek regular metrics reporting services that inform end users regarding the return on investment of advertisements placed.
