The Vendor is required to provide provides comprehensive mental health services to the community, addressing a wide range of needs through its clinic, which offers both scheduled and same-day Open Access treatment.
- Services include adult therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices through various therapeutic modalities, and specialized children and youth therapy designed to support families and youth affected by mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and trauma.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy
• Source qualified candidates from diverse and comprehensive pools and networks
• Secure a qualified candidate via effective candidate engagement, assessment, and hiring procedures
- Sourcing and candidate attraction
• Assess the medical director position details, including duties, salary, and benefits, to identify effective recruitment strategies and offer strategic insights and market analysis on recruitment trends, advertising, and marketing;
• Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment work plan prioritizing diversity and inclusion and leveraging multiple candidate sourcing strategies, including networking, job boards, and professional associations;
• Leverage social media and industry-specific platforms to attract top talent.
• Develop and post compelling job advertisements;
• educate candidates on the state civil service hiring process, including training and experience Examination requirements and ranking procedures; and
• Ensure compliance with state civil service laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Candidate screening
• Conduct initial resume reviews to pre-screen candidates for meeting minimum qualifications, licensure requirements to practice medicine in the state, and willingness to relocate state prior to time of hire;
• Implement pre-interview assessments to evaluate candidate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit; and
• Provide ordered list of qualified candidates based on pre-defined criteria, including summary presentation of qualifications.
- Interview process
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with qualified candidates approved by whole health administration.
• Prepare and guide hiring managers on interview techniques and evaluation criteria.
- Reference checks and verification
• Conduct thorough reference checks, verifying previous employment, educational qualifications, and credentials.
• Assess candidate reputation and integrity within the industry.
- Offer management and onboarding
• Assist in formulating competitive job offers.
• Coordinate with county human resources to facilitate a smooth transition through detailed onboarding plans.
• Provide support to new hires during their initial phase to enhance integration.
- Payroll records and transcripts are required to be kept on site during all the time that work under that contract is being performed.
