The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive employee assistance program (EAP) for all its employees including their immediate family members and members of their household.
- EAP provider that meets the following criteria:
• Provide in-person and virtual counseling options counties
• Provide professional crisis response through live, immediate telephone counseling 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year.
• Accessibility options for individuals with disabilities.
• Have multiple appropriately licensed and credentialed counselors available in relevant locations to deliver services for urgent and non-urgent employee matters.
• Provide referrals to qualified professional resources for specialized counseling or rehabilitation needs including, but not limited to, anger management, substance abuse, psychological issues, crisis management, domestic violence, PTSD, workplace violence, financial counseling, or legal services, and other personal needs.
• Provide on-site assistance in a timely fashion for workplace emergencies including, but not limited to, incident stress management, defusing and debriefing, and other crisis response needs for agency leadership and employees.
• Provide work-life support and outreach and education materials for employees, their family members, and members of their household regarding the availability of EAP services including posters, brochures, wallet cards, and other informative literature.
• Provide annual reports of employee utilization to include type of service utilized (i.e. website, telephonic, or in-person), general reason for accessing services, and client satisfaction, while at the same time ensuring employee confidentiality.
• Maintains best practices in providing EAP services to anticipate and meet future needs of clients.
• Guarantee complete confidentiality, privacy, and protection of EAP records.
• Able to begin providing services within 14 days of contract execution.
