The vendor is required to provide industry feedback regarding the services of a lawyer of a law firm to act as an executive secretary to the committee.
- The executive secretary will be required to work approximately a minimum of three (3) hours a week to a maximum of four (4) days a week, up to a maximum of 60 days or 450 hours over the course of the work.
- There are no constraints related to intellectual property, security requirements, and controlled goods.
- Constraints related to a potential conflict of interest are not anticipated.
- The executive secretary must perform various tasks including:
• Recording of decisions;
• Research;
• Analysis;
• Liaison;
• Preparation of correspondence and documentation;
• Coordination of logistical support;
• Booking of facilities;
• Aiding in report submissions; and
• Performing administrative duties deemed necessary by the committee.
- The executive secretary is not to provide any legal services or legal advice to the committee.
- Contract Period/Term: 4 years
