The Vendor is required to provide to make executive coaching services available to interested senior leaders to provide differentiated development and to enhance their leadership capabilities.
- Provide personalized, one-on-one coaching to support executive leaders in strategic planning, decision-making, and overall organizational performance.
- The program will focus on developing leadership skills, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enhancing the effectiveness of senior leaders in their roles.
- Design and deliver coaching programs:
• Develop and implement tailored coaching plans that address the specific needs of agency senior leaders.
• This includes conducting initial assessments, setting goals, and providing ongoing support and feedback as well as the collection and disaggregation of 360 feedback.
• Coaching relationships should last between 6 months to 12 months with a renewal conversation at the conclusion of the time period.
- Provide expert coaching:
• Utilize best practices and proven methodologies in executive coaching to guide leaders through their development journey.
• A minimum of two years of recent coaching experience in leadership development is required.
• Coaching certification is preferred but not required.
- Facilitate leadership development:
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, small group coaching, workshops, and training programs to enhance leadership skills and competencies.
• Focus areas may include strategic thinking, communication, conflict resolution, and change management.
- Measure and report progress:
• Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the coaching program.
• provide regular reports to agency on the progress and outcomes of the coaching engagements.
