The vendor is required to for an executive search firm that can complete superior search, research and delivery of qualified candidates for a director of finance.
• Review and suggest updates to the existing job description
• Develop a candidate profile
• Partner with human resources to meet with stakeholders and develop the ideal candidate profile and desired attributes as identified in the job description.
• Develop appealing recruitment materials to include a job announcement, brochure and marketing materials.
• All recruitment announcements and marketing materials must approve the materials in advance before it is posted.
• Source and identify a diverse pool of qualified applicants through various methods including database searches, networking, advertising, personal and relevant professional contacts and organizations.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on established criteria, including supplemental questions, and a screening interview of qualified applicants.
• Submit and recommend a list of qualified applicants to the city.
• Facilitate the interview process in coordination with city procedures and guidelines.
• Notify applicants not selected.
• Conduct reference checks at the conclusion of the selection process and prior to job offer.
• Provide ongoing communication, updates, and other related services as necessary to complete the recruitment and selection process to our satisfaction.
