- Required to complete the search process, identifying detailed activities that are to occur, significant milestones, anticipated deliverables, and the role of both the firm and the district at each step in the process.
- Role during candidate interviews, and how the firm will help the board craft questions and prepare for the candidate interviews.
- The background check process used on applicants.
- The services the firm provides to collect information from listed candidate references and any process for gathering information beyond formal references.
- A successful superintendent placement, describe any post-offer transition activities offered by the firm.
- This response should include the firm’s process should the selected candidate separate from the district or be proposed for separation within one year of the candidate’s date of hire.
