The vendor is required to provide recruitment services to expedite the hiring process for current and anticipated position vacancies.
- Range of services
• Initial consultation - meet with the selection committee and stakeholders to define the role, expectations, and key challenges.
• Recruitment strategy - develop comprehensive position profiles and recruitment strategies.
• Search materials – create professional materials including the position profile, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
• Talent sourcing – conduct targeted outreach and marketing campaigns, locally, regionally and out of province (as needed) to attract qualified candidates.
• Candidate screening – review applications, conduct screenings, preliminary interviews, and identify short and long list of candidates
• Preliminary interviews and due diligence – conduct preliminary interviews with short-listed candidates, verify credentials, and provide feedback to committee.
• Interview support - recommend interview formats, develop assessment tools, coordinate scheduling and manage logistics
• Candidate notifications – notify and debrief unsuccessful candidates
• Final selection support – assist with final selection, complete background and reference checks, and support contract negotiations.
