The vendor is required to provide physicians and locums recruiting to support the healthcare system in meeting the needs resulting from shifting population health demands and population growth.
- Requirements
• The successful proponent and agency to discuss the overall recruitment process, timeline, and expectations for a successful outcome.
• The successful proponent will establish the parameters of the recruitment plan and prepare a workplan for health agency review.
• The successful proponent shall ensure that:
o All permanent and locum physicians recruited to agency are eligible to work in country and meet all immigration and regulatory requirements.
o All permanent and locum physicians recruited to agency have the support needed to navigate through the immigration process.
o All permanent and locum physicians recruited to agency are recognized and eligible to be registered for licensure by the college of physicians and surgeons of agency all permanent and locum physicians recruited to agency are eligible and ideally be a licensure of the council.
o All permanent and locum physicians recruited to agency are eligible for college of family physicians of country registration.
o All permanent and locum physicians obtain membership with the country medical protective association (CMPA).
o All permanent and locum physicians recruited must meet the conditions of employment such as favorable reference checks, satisfactory criminal record check and vulnerable sector check, favorable social media check.
o LMIA (Labor market impact assessment) and immigration support
• Provide agency with monthly updates that are relevant recruitment metrics agreed upon by both parties.
