• Serve as confidential thought partner to test ideas and navigate political landscape.
• Increase clarity in vision-setting and prioritization at system level.
• Cultivate resilience and reflective leadership in a high-impact public role.
2. Session Structure
• Sessions will be via Zoom or in Person (Travel Expense, if applicable, will be billed at cost with prior approval)
• Sessions will be 60-90 minutes in length.
• Optional Input for up to 5 Stakeholders to inform coaching.
• Contactors shall offer check-in support between sessions via email.
• Contractor shall strictly observe confidentiality throughout the engagement.
3. Coaching Engagement shall include preparation, assessment, and stakeholder interviews.
