The vendor is required to provide self-employment credential program services, for commission vocational rehabilitation (VR) division (VRD) staff and VR employment services providers, for earning and maintaining the center for social capital’s certification.
• Developing and maintaining the administrative process for obtaining and maintaining the certified business technical assistance consultant (CBTAC) credential program;
• Creating and maintaining a dashboard with aggregate data to evaluate the consultant credential program;
• Maintaining, updating, and facilitating curriculum, including state specific content for the consultant credential courses;
• Developing, maintaining and facilitating a consultant credential track for VR providers and VR staff, continuing education opportunities, renewal courses, and general trainings;
• Administering competency tests to ensure knowledge and comprehension of materials taught;
• Facilitating a mentoring framework for the consultant credential program to foster the growth and skills necessary to deliver self-employment services proficiently;
• Delivering technical assistance (ta) regarding self-employment topics and best practices;
• Facilitating a community of practice (cop); and
• Developing and maintaining tools and resources related to self-employment.
