The Vendor is required to provide professional recruitment services to support the City’s hiring needs.
- Services will include candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, and potentially onboarding assistance for various positions across departments.

- These services will include candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, background and reference checks, and may extend to onboarding support and related advisory services.
- Establish a professional relationship with a recruitment firm that can provide flexible, responsive, and strategic talent acquisition support to meet the City’s evolving workforce needs.
- Candidate Sourcing and Attraction:
• Create and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms
• Identify qualified candidates through databases, referrals, and professional networks
• Conduct direct outreach to targeted candidates
• Build and maintain professional relationships for ongoing sourcing
- Candidate Screening and Assessment:
• Review all applications and screen resumes for minimum qualifications
• Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth candidate interviews
• Coordinate and conduct reference and background checks
• Administer relevant skills assessments if applicable
- Client Interaction and Support:
• Assist with job description refinement and profile development
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with city staff and review committee
• Collect feedback and facilitate candidate selection
• Assist with offer negotiations and onboarding
- Additional Services:
• Salary benchmarking and market rate consulting
• Diversity and inclusion outreach strategy
• Progress reporting throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Optional training for hiring managers or onboarding support.
