Executive Evaluation Process Services

The Vendor is required to provide consultants with extensive experience working with public agencies to assist the city council in conducting its performance evaluation of the city manager.
- Provide a skilled facilitator with experience working with elected officials and public sector employees.
- The consultant will obtain individual Council Member input based on interviews and/or surveys.
