Payroll and Stagehands Services

The Vendor is required to provide for stagehand payroll services for the city department.
- Labor categories may include, but are not limited to, stagehands, technicians, riggers, electricians, carpenters, wardrobe staff, and audio/visual specialists for a five-year contract commencing
- Must enforce standards of dress code, hygiene, punctuality, honesty, and customer service standards
- Communicate and enforce the City’s drug-free workplace policy and maintain an environment free of violence, threats, or harassment.
- Accurately tracking and reporting hours worked and classifications per agency requirements for payroll and billing purposes.
- Ticket sale proceeds will be held for invoice payment.
- Must be submitted to the Contract Manager within 48 hours of receiving the payroll.
