The Vendor is required to provide executive recruitment services
- These services include conducting director, senior, and executive-level job searches, providing highly qualified and experienced candidates for hire, and ensuring a high-quality recruitment process that results in qualified pools of candidates for opportunity home's positions.
- Provide the following Services in soliciting, recruiting, and screening candidates:
• The consultant will directly recruit qualified candidates for director, senior-level, executive, and president/CEO positions on an “as needed” basis.
• Consultant shall attend a kick-off meeting in person.
• Consultant shall conduct an aggressive nationwide campaign to identify qualified candidates who possess the minimum qualifications, as included in any provided job description, including the preparation and placement of advertisements in appropriate government magazines, professional journals, publications, and web-based forms of communication.
• Consultant must prepare advertisements for review and approval by opportunity home prior to placement in any media.
• Consultant shall develop candidate profiles, design and advertise recruitment materials, and present these documents for opportunity home approval.
• Consultant shall develop a timeline to include established search deadlines and a timetable for providing regular updates.
• Consultant shall provide, upon request, a complete list of all applicants obtained through their efforts and/or provided by opportunity home.
• Consultant shall perform preliminary screening of candidates based upon the minimum qualifications of the provided job description by telephone, virtual, or face-to-face interviews.
• Consultant shall further screen the candidates based upon the preferred qualifications of the job description, so as to present the most viable candidates, generally not less than two but preferably three or more.
• Consultant shall assist and facilitate scheduling of final interviews, and if requested, assist with preparation of interview questions.
• Consultant shall perform administrative tasks, such as candidate notifications, including notification of the rejected candidates.
• Consultant shall conduct detailed professional reference checks on all recommended finalists.
• Consultant shall conduct background checks, including but not limited to as required by opportunity home, education, employment, financial/credit, newspaper research, drug screen, criminal and civil litigation, driver’s license, occupational license, if applicable, and certifications on all finalists.
• Consultant shall present a written report detailing the background, strengths, weaknesses, accomplishments, and references for each recommended finalist.
• Consultant shall assist with offer negotiations with the final candidates.
• Consultant shall re-initiate the search, at no fee to opportunity home, if opportunity home does not make a selection from the final slate of candidates due to candidates’ incompatibility with opportunity home’s objectives or if a selected candidate leaves employment either through resignation or termination (with or without cause) within one year of their new hire start date.
• Consultant shall include a link to the opportunity home website for capturing resumes and questions.
