The vendor is required to provide payroll support services for accounting and consulting services to perform various ongoing support services for payroll, including on-demand backup for the payroll coordinator position, and other critical related functions.
- The payroll support services provider must be available to begin services in the month of October 2025.
- The payroll support services provider must possess the necessary experience and expertise to ensure accurate and timely completion of the following responsibilities:
• The ability to assist in the orientation of the soon-to-be-hired full-time payroll coordinator, including the BS&A cloud payroll software, payroll industry best practices, and compliance with current payroll rules, regulations, and laws (as needed)
• Preparation and submission of w-2 forms, annually
• Filing of IRS form 941 (employer’s federal tax return), quarterly
• Reporting related to workers compensation, annually
• Management and calculation of employee longevity, in two annual segments
• Year-end audit workpapers, annually
• The ability to serve as a backup to the full-time payroll coordinator by handling all aspects related to bi-weekly processing on demand in the absence of the full-time payroll coordinator, including but not limited to the following functions.
