The Vendor is required to provide executive recruiting firm services to assist in developing and promoting the job announcement, managing the application process, and conducting candidate assessment through the hiring decision.
- Requirement:
• Assist in developing the position announcement and publicizing it nationwide across multiple platforms, including, but not limited to, traditional media, social media, and direct solicitations.
• Provide a clear and efficient strategy for generating interest in the position and recruiting qualified applicants, and provide information and recommendations regarding current market demands and qualification requirements.
• Provide a cogent, effective method for evaluating applications, including a rational progression of evaluative steps to assess applicants' skills and suitability for the position.
• This strategy should also include opportunities for the council to consider the applicants at multiple points and to conduct logical assessments of work product, communication skills, and management competencies.
