The Vendor is required to provide for ad hoc subject matter experts, a catalog of proven practices with developing executive level leadership, and access to a catalog of on demand training tools and resources.
- Services include:
• Any learning solutions should be grounded in advanced competency-based content suitable for senior executives who possess broad expertise in leadership and management.
• These enterprise leaders are located in two metropolitan areas – the greater city/area and region and so proposals should factor in how to best deliver these experiences with the least amount of travel for the learners.
• There is an understood challenge of identifying suitable learning experiences that provide both impactful learning but also do not overly disrupt the learners’ busy work schedules.
• In-person classes, simulations, leadership assessments, case-based learning and analysis, e-learning content, hands-on applied learning experiences, scenario-based learning, dialog-based learning, strategic projects, or other recommended learning modalities; and
• An operational plan for how approximately 200 participants in different regions would engage in the proposed learning experiences.
• The primary purpose of these learning experiences would be to elevate the expertise and competence of enterprise leaders.
• Driving execution in government, developing high performing teams, translating strategy into action, communicating strategic goals across the enterprise; increasing team effectiveness, elevating organizational performance through accountability.
• As well as personal leadership coursework such as communicative competence, influencing, innovation, inspiring and motivating others, collaboration, etc. The above isn’t necessarily a comprehensive list, and the vendors should provide evidence and information related to innovative solutions or topics for how best to build competency-based leadership acumen among participants.
• The primary purpose of the classes is to provide this cohort of leaders with robust training & development to assist in their professional growth and ability to lead their agencies effectively.
