The vendor is required to provide human resources consulting services to review, assess, and recommend updates to existing job descriptions and personnel policies to ensure compliance, clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals and current best practices.

• Evaluate alignment with actual roles, responsibilities, and required qualifications.
• Identify outdated terminology, redundancies, and inconsistencies.
2. Recommendations and revisions
• Recommend updates to content, format, and language.
• Incorporate relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Suggest enhancements to better support recruitment, performance management, and compensation planning.
• Conduct interviews with key staff or supervisors to clarify role expectations.
• Draft revised job descriptions for all positions.
• Analysis of job descriptions to ensure compliance with public sector regulations and guidelines.
• Recommendations for changes to job descriptions to accurately reflect the duties and responsibilities of each position.
• Recommendations for changes to job descriptions to accurately reflect the required qualifications for each position.
• A correct classification of exempt status for each position based on and defined by the FLSA.

• Recommend policy updates that reflect modern workplace norms and evolving workforce needs.
3. Policy recommendations
• Provide a written summary of recommended changes.
• Support the client in prioritizing policy updates for implementation.
4. Optional (if requested):
• Draft revised policies or new policy language.
• Participate in meetings with leadership or legal counsel to review recommendations.
