The Vendor is required to provide for an Executive Search Firm to assist in the hiring of a new college president.
- Executive Search Firm Include:
• Recommend the approach and methodology to be used for the search and selection process. Work with the college to adjust that approach as needed for the college's unique needs.
• Serve as a consultant to the college to develop and facilitate the search process including establishing and recommending a timeline.
• The consultant is expected to respond to requests from the search committee within 24 hours.
• Assist with the development of the position description and search profile
• Develop advertisements and brochures announcing the position.
• Post the position open for applications no later than December 15, 2025.
• Assist with the development of the screening and interviewing process.
• Develop a qualified applicant pool for the position.
• Recruit candidates to the position; actively pursue applicants from underrepresented groups.
• Assist with the review and screening of applicants.
• Serve as liaison between the search committee and applicants.
• Perform written reference checks and background checks for semi-finalists and finalists.
• Coordinate the schedules for campus visits and interviews for finalist candidates.
• Provide recommendations and ongoing assessments related to the search and selection process.
• Coordinate regularly with the college on timelines, information and search progress.
• Interface with the search committee, applicants or others involved in the process should be highly professional and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Assist in providing information on contract and compensation packages including information on final candidate’s current salary and benefits.
• The consulting firm must play a crucial role in developing a transparent search process for all college constituencies, particularly with the search committee.
• Final round candidates will be interviewed in-person at College.
