The vendor is required to provide payroll services provider that comprehensive, compliant, and customer-focused payroll administration and complimentary HRIS and other applications.
- Full-service integrated payroll and HRIS solution, including:
• Time and attendance;
• Ats support for recruiting and hiring;
• Performance and talent management administration;
• Benefits administration integration; including open enrollment and aca compliance and reporting (cobra support is outsourced and not included);
• Customization capability for position management, earnings codes, and reporting dashboards;
• Integration with Yardi system
- Payroll management
• Pay data entry, w-4 and dd changes, check distribution
• Automatic benefits deductions, including PERA (public employee retirement)
• Tax compliance
• Court-ordered deductions (garnishments, tax levies)
• Banking setup and information management
• Unemployment compensation
• Secure file sharing and document exchange
• General ledger file production and maintenance
• Workers’ compensation tracking
o Download and upload to Yardi voyager system
o Employee termination processing; final check and accrued time

• Integration of benefits management with payroll
• Offboarding and plan termination support
• Real-time enrollment tracking and personalized coverage visibility
